My work brings together three complementary approaches that support emotional balance, self-awareness, and personal well-being.
Chromotherapy (Color Therapy)
Chromotherapy explores the influence of colors on mood, perception, and inner balance. Through guided sessions, colors are used as a tool to help clients reconnect with their emotions, restore harmony, and create a sense of calm and clarity.
Dance Therapy (Movement Therapy)
Dance therapy uses movement as a natural form of expression. Through gentle, intuitive movement and dance, the body releases tension, emotions can be expressed safely, and the connection between body and mind can be strengthened.
Oracle Guidance
Oracle sessions use symbolic cards as a reflective tool. These sessions help clients explore their intuition, gain perspective on personal situations, and reflect on questions, transitions, or life decisions.
All sessions are designed to create a supportive space for personal reflection, emotional release, and inner balance. These practices are part of a well-being approach and are not medical treatments.
